This notice explains the limited information Permadyn LLC collects through permadyn.ai and how it is used.

Information you provide

Project briefs may include your name, email address, organization, message, and project-scoper answers. Newsletter requests include your email address and confirmation status. Please do not submit protected health information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal data through the public forms.

How information is used

Project information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain the working relationship, prevent abuse, and keep a record of business communication. Newsletter information is used only to send notes you explicitly confirm.

Storage and retention

Form data is stored before email delivery is attempted so a temporary provider failure does not lose your request. Project inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship or legal obligation. Confirmed newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. Raw IP addresses are not retained; a one-way, secret-keyed representation may be used briefly for rate limiting.

Sharing

Permadyn does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, security, and analytics providers acting on Permadyn’s behalf, or disclosed where legally required.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter message. To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with an inquiry, email hello@permadyn.com.
